A few people have expressed an interest in chocolate making courses, where you can learn how to make chocolate and other related products at home, so I have been thinking about setting something up, probably on a weekday designed for enthusiastic chefs with a passion for chocolate. If this sounds like something you would like to do, let me know, and I'll get some times and dates organised.
